I’m Jacq and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Creator, and Entrepreneur.
Using my philosophy of 360° wellness, I view emotional/mental, physical, and spiritual wellness as important pillars to a HAPPY+HEALTH+FIT life with nutrition as the foundation.
